The content of this rigging and lifting course that this is practical subject of rigging and lifting to make participants understand and to make them aware about the rigging and lifting operations and maintenance.<br />
The course material fulfills the International Standard related to the site lifting and rigging practice, e.g. construction, drilling and general loading & unloading service requirements.<br />

<b>· Rigging & Lifting References</b><br />
Regulation of The Manpower Ministry of the Republic Indonesia No. PER – 05/MEN/1985 on Hoist and Transportation Instruments, and No. PER.09/MEN/VII/2010 on qualification of operator & rigger of lifting & transportation operation.<br />
<br />
Various ASME standards; B30.5 – 2004 on Mobil and locomotive crane, ASME B30.23 – 2005 on Personal lifting system, ASME B30.2 – 2005 on Overhead and gantry crane, ASME B30.4 – 2003 on Portal, tower and pedestal cranes.<br />
<br />
Crosby Technical Guidelines on Lifting equipment, wire rope and below the hook lifting device, and hand operated lifting devices.<br />
<br />
<b>· Lifting Hazards</b><br />
Explain lifting hazards related to rigging activities in oil and gas field including construction and general loading & unloading services, and discuss the process of preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for critical lifting.<br />
<br />
<b>· Type of Slings and Lifting Gear</b><br />
Explain the type of slings such as steel wire rope, chain, manila, and discuss the various lifting gears; shackles, hooks, and the connection sling, and its maintenance.<br />
<br />
<b>· Type of Cranes</b><br />
General term of crane there is a structure which design in order to lift the load with mechanical equipment to move and place the materials. The subject discussion includes Carrier mounted lattice and hydraulic boom cranes, Crawler mounted lattice boom crane, Hydraulic telescopic booms, Lattice boom assembly. The discussion includes typical instruments and safety devices of each crane.<br />
<br />
<b>· Crane Operation Safety</b><br />
Discuss construction and classification of crane operations: stability, safety factor, boom length and boom angle, etc., Prime mover: mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electric, Calculate and apply load capacity and chart, Crane operation safety.<br />
<br />
<b>· Safe Work Load (SWL)</b><br />
Explain various types of construction sling (wire, hemp and synthetic rope, chain and webbing etc.), so the safe work load shall know for each type, and discuss the SWL for two-leg slings, three-leg slings and four-leg slings.<br />
<br />
<b>· Type of Loads</b><br />
Explain the several types of loads such as vertical load, single choker hitch, double wrap choker hitch, single and double basket hitch, double legs basket hitch, two legs bridle, two legs bridle hitch chain, two legs choker hitch, single hitch with no end, and choker with no end.<br />
<br />
<b>· Load Calculation</b><br />
Explain and exercise calculation of the load of material. The calculations includes safety factor, minimum breaking force and load factors, sling angles, work load limit, density of materials and table of wire ropes.<br />

<b>· Daily and Frequent Inspection of Crane Lifting Gears</b><br />
General discussion of inspection and maintenance of crane, wire rope and lifting gear includes applying color coding system.<br />

<b>· Hand Signals</b><br />

<b>OBJECTIVES:</b><br />
Program pelatihan berbasis kompetensi (CBT) dan sertifikasi profesi ini didesain untuk peserta mampu menjadi seorang Process Safety Engineer, dengan memahami elemen-elemen dari Process Safety Management (PSM) berikut dengan pelaksanaan analisis bahaya-bahaya proses dari operasional plant, instalasi dan peralatan dengan mengaplikasikan motode-metode asesmen yang berbasis quatitative risk assessment (QRA) dimana profesi ini sangat diminati oleh industri, khususnya sektor migas dan kimia.<br />

<b>PERSYARATAN:</b><br />

<li>S1, Mesin, Listrik (pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun, terkait de-ngan operasi process plant, piping/ electrical engineering, SHE)</li>
<li>D3 Teknik yang relevan (pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun, terkait dengan operasi process plant, piping/ electrical technician, SHE)</li>
<li>SLTA (pengalaman kerja minimal 4 tahun, terkait dengan operasi process plant, piping/ electrical technician, SHE)</li>
</ul>

<b>PESERTA:</b><br />
Production/ Operation/ SHE Manager, Production/ Process/ Safety Engineer, Safety/ Plant/ Equipment Certification Inspector dan para profesional yang berminat melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi Process Safety Engineer.<br />
<br />
<b>METODOLOGI PEMBELAJARAN:</b><br />
60% dari durasi program berupa teori dan 40% berupa latihan-latihan kelompok pelaksanaan QRA menggunakan medode HAZOP, HAZID, FMEA yang dilaksanakan di ruang kelas.<br />
Selama aktivitas kelas, peserta akan mendapatkan lecture dari Profressional Lecturers menggunakan LCD Projection, video review, customized software, PI&D, FID, wiring diagram, Engineering design data sheets for all plant items, Equipment and main piping layout and elevation drawings, dll.<br />
<br />
<b>SERTIFIKAT:</b><br />
Peserta akan mendapatkan sertifikat Process Safety Engineering Course oleh MARINDOTECH, sebagai Lembaga Diklat Profesi (LDP), dan sertifikat HAZOP Specialist sektor migas, apabila dinyatakan kompeten oleh Assesor.<br />
<br />
<b>UJI KOMPETENSI UNTUK HAZOP SPECIALIST:</b><br />
Hasil akhir uji kompetensi peserta akan dinyatakan:<br />
<br />

<li>Kompeten.  Peserta (Asesi) tersebut akan diproses untuk mendapat Sertifikat Kompetensi dari badan sertifikasi yang berwenang (BNSP & LSP).</li>
<li>Tidak kompeten. peserta dapat mengikuti kembali uji pada periode berikutnya.</li>
